Teacher Self Rating guide:
- Can you discern how other people feel?
- Have you or do you now serve in
leadership roles outside the church?
- Does other people respect your
opinions?
- Do you try to help people feel at ease
in your presence?
- Are you physically fit, well groomed
and nice-looking in your personal appearance?
- Are you cheerful and even tempered
even though you may be tired?
- Do you find that you enjoy the areas
in which you have been working?
- Do you feel that you express yourself
properly before a group?
- Do you try to find out more about the
material you discuss in class?
- Do you offer new ideas that can be
used in your class?
- Are you patient and can you “take it”
without getting angry?
- Do you see your faults and try to
correct them?
- Are you interested in other people’s
problems?
- Do you seek ways to improve human relationships?
- Do you like to work with people,
especially the age group you teach?
