Interlinear Translation: “I make known but to you, brethren, the glad tidings which was announced by me, that it is not according to man.” “Neither for I from man received it, nor was I taught it but by a revelation of Jesus Christ.”

Strong’s Concordance Translation: “BUT = contrariwise in many relations, and, but, howbeit, indeed, nay, nevertheless, no, notwithstanding, save, therefore, yea, yes. I CERTIFY = to make known, declare, make known, give to understand, do to wit, wot. YOU BRETHERN = the womb, a brother near or remote, much like I, union relationship. THAT THE GOSPEL WHICH WAS PREACHED = a good message, i.e. the gospel, to announce good news especially the gospel, evangelize, declare, bring tidings, preach the gospel, good lead. OF ME IS NOT AFTER MAN = down in place or time, about, according as to, against, as concerning, pertaining to, touching, aside, at, before, beyond, by, to the charge of, charitably, after the manner of, natural, over against, opposition, distribution, intensity. FOR I NEITHER = not moreover, not however, i.e. neither, nor, not even, neither indeed, not even so much as. RECEIVED IT = near take, to receive near, i.e. associate with oneself in any familiar or intimate act or relation, by analogy to assume an office, figuratively to learn, take unto. OF MAN = the countenance, manfaced, i.e. a human being, certain. NEITHER = not also, not too, i.e. neither or nor, by analogy not even, none, nor yet, nothing. WAS I TAUGHT IT = a prolific causative form of a primary verb to learn, to teach in the same broad application. BUT BY THE REVELATION OF JESUS CHRIST = disclosure, appearing, coming, lighten, manifestation, be revealed.
