this page because you doubt that you would go to heaven if you died right now!
Question 1: What is
your church background? We ask this question to help us understand more fully,
if you know about the one who can save you eternally! Are you a born again
child of God? If not allow me to help you!
Let me show you from God's word
how you can know you are going to heaven when you die. Romans 3:10: "as it
is written, there is none righteous, no, not one." What do you think this
means? Does that mean that I'm not perfect, and you are not perfect?
Let me show you
another verse: Romans 3:23: "for all have sinned, and come short of the
glory of God." How many have sinned? Does that mean that I have sinned and
you have sinned? What do you call a person who sins? If you admit you are a
sinner then you are a candidate for salvation.
Let me show you
another verse: Romans 5:8: "but god commended his love toward us, in that,
while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." Isn't that wonderful? What
did Christ do for us? So the bible teaches here that a person who sins is
called what?
Let me show you
another verse, Romans 6:23a: "for the wages of sin is death;" a wage
is what? Illustration: 40 hours work = 40 hours pay. The bible says that there
is a payment for sin. What is our payment for sin? For a sinner this word means
what? Realize that if you die in your sin without Christ you are going to spend
eternity where? Romans 6:23b "but the gift of god is eternal life through
Jesus Christ our lord" According to God's word who was God's gift to the
world? What did he do for us? He died to give us what kind of life? First
realize you are what? Second realize that if you die in you sin without Christ
you are going to spend eternity where? Third realize that someone loves you and
died to keep you from going to hell. Who was that someone? What did he do for
us? He died to give us what kind of life?
Let me show you
another verse, Romans 10:13: "for whosoever shall call upon the name of
the Lord shall be saved. What does whosoever mean? Does that mean you? Shall be
what? First realize you are what? Second realize that if you die in your sin
without Christ you are going to spend eternity where? Third realize that
someone loves you and died to keep you from going to hell. Who was that
someone? What did he do for us? He died to give us what kind of life?
I've never met a
person that wants to go to hell and you don't either, do you? You want to go
where? Have you admitted that you want to go to heaven? You must go by what
God's word says.
Let me show you
another verse, Romans 10:9,10: that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the
Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the
dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness,
and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." According to God's
word one must believe, not with ones head, but with the heart.
First realize you are
what? Second realize that if you die in your sin without Christ you are going
to spend eternity where? Third realize that someone loves you and died to keep
you from going to hell. Who was that someone? What did he do for us? He died to
give us what kind of life?
One must personally
pray and receive Christ by faith as their Saviour. I would be a sorry Christian
if I told you how to get to heaven and did not invite you to receive Christ as
your personal Saviour. My prayer cannot save you, pray now and receive from
your what? The kind of things you need to tell God: God, I am a sinner and I
deserve to go to hell according to your word. I do not want to go there. Ask
God to forgive you of all your sin and cleanse you from all unrighteousness.
Tell the lord, whosoever means you and you are calling on his name to be saved.
Tell the lord you know he would not lie to you about the matter of going to
heaven. Then, thank the lord for accepting your faith in him to get to heaven.
